Фи́дбек is one of the neologisms recently borrowed from English and very often replaces the traditional Russian equivalents of the English “feedback”. The reason is that there are a few corresponding Russian words such as

Which one should we use?
"Обратная связь", literary translated from English "feedback", is used more often then other meanings mentioned above. However, it seems easier for many Russian people who know English to use a shorter English version of “feedback” – фидбек.
Of course, “фи́дбек” is still in the category of slang words and appears only in the electronic dictionary. Only time will show whether or not it will eventually move into the literary Russian and take a permanent place in the list of many other anglicisms we cannot do without – компью́тер, онла́йн, телефо́н, то́стер, програ́мма, ноутбу́к, футбо́л, etc.

Nowadays in mass media you can encounter both – обратная связь and фидбек.
