My Grand Trip to Russia
My dear friends, YouTube subscribers, and Facebook followers,

This summer, I am going on my grand trip to Russia. I am leaving on July 2nd and coming back on August 12th. Not only is it going to be the longest trip I have ever had, but also the trip with the various destinations. I am planning to visit a lot of places during my time in Russia.

Here are the places I am going to visit.

  • Moscow – 4 days – exploring downtown and visiting cultural places

  • Karelia (the region I was born and grew up) – 3 weeks

  • staying at the family dacha – exploring small city surroundings

  • Belomorsk (the White Sea area) – visiting the petroglyphs site

  • The Solovetsky Islands (the White Sea area) – the UNESCO World Heritage Site

  • Petrozavodsk (my alma mater city), the capital of Karelia

  • The Kizhi Island – the UNESCO World Heritage Site

  • St. Petersburg and its suburbs – 2 weeks – exploring downtown, visiting cultural places, visiting St. Pete’s suburbs

I have not been to Russia for three years, and I am looking forward to visiting the country I was born and grew up. The major purpose of my trip is to take pictures, shoot videos, and collect ideas for my future video lessons.
